Then the one you saw in Paradiso, must be the same as I saw in Nijmegen or Tilburg, indeed somewhere around that time. So they did Ice there too then, I thought I never saw that one live. I guess it did not make such an impression on me then, as it did when I saw the version of 1997 on Youtube. I just was totally blown away by that one. And can not wait to see in on the dvd I ordered, which is on its way now, I hope.

So I will have to get the ‘Never let go’ live cd then, to hear the best performance of Never let go!

And yes, I also very much hope for such a tour. Well, who knows…

Ah. Paradiso Amsterdam, September 1992. My first Camelconcert. Just wanted to hear two songs: this one and Ice.

Andrew walks on stage and says: “Dit is voor jou.” (This is for you in Dutch). Awe inspiring, was the best version ever. To be found on the Never let go CD.

I still hope Camel will one day return for their ‘Retirement sucks’-tour.

Yes, it does come over a little hurried, especially in the middle. But I do like the beginning very much here.

Did you see the very old version already, the one from 1973. I read somewhere that the sound does not belong to the video there, but who cares, it is just so very nice to watch.

Latimer really looks in his prime here. Quite a hurried version compared to the original but excellent live footage
